HOW TO REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT?

In order to book with us and use the forms we have provided for you, you will need to register an account with us. To do so, simply click on the “Login” at the top, right-hand corner of the screen. A window will pop up asking you to sign in or register with us. Once you register, you will have access to the calendar and form information!

WHAT IF I HAVE A LOT OF QUESTIONS?

We know there are countless details in design regardless of the size of the project. Designing your space is a very intimate process. We know how many ideas or questions might be evolving after our first consultation once the creativity starts! It’s always helpful for our designers to get your questions answered ASAP since it may affect our design plans if there are any change orders. Do not hesitate to ask as many questions as you’d like! We want to make sure that your space is effortlessly YOU and requires the utmost detail!

HAVE PRODUCT & SAMPLE UPDATE QUESTIONS?

Your project is in the works! There are sometimes hundreds of samples or products that we’ve sourced for your job. We know lead times can be frustrating but knowing when it’s arriving or the current state of processing can be helpful! Here, you can inquire about a product you ordered or even let us know which sample you selected that came in the mail!

WHAT IS THE CONCIERGE IS FOR?

This service is perfect for anyone, anywhere! We offer in-person as well as E-Design! Many people have very specific needs for specialty areas such as a bookcase that needs to be styled or would like us to select all the paint colors for the home! You can inquire about services by registering in our “Clients” tab on our website. Select the Concierge Service option(s) and choose your A La Carte item(s) that caters to your specific request.

IF I JOIN THE WAITLIST FOR A PROJECT, HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT?

Once you’ve booked a Concierge selection(s), one of our team members will reach out to you within 3 business days from your time of request. We can work out all the details of your timeline once we’ve reviewed the scope of work to be compatible with our ongoing projects

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FULL SERVICE DESIGN PACKAGE AND THE CONCIERGE SERVICE?

Full Service is the concept to the completion of a larger project. When designing, there can be hundreds if not thousands of choices to make when planning a space. Our Concierge Service focuses on a specific need for a niched area! It allows for clients to select just a few areas of their space vs. the entirety of their home / business. If the project requires more than a few of our A La Carte packages, we suggest booking a Discovery Call to get a quote for a Full Service Design.

DO I GET A 3D RENDERING LIKE I SEE ON DESIGN SHOWS?

We absolutely do! Those are services we offer for our Full Service clients only. Drawings can take days to complete. They are needed when working on large scale projects due to all the details. For the sake of your wallet and our time, we pull together Mood and Product boards for you to visualize your space.

WILL I BE ABLE TO SIT ON OUR FURNITURE PIECES BEFORE ORDERING?

You can if you would like to! We don’t typically go store to store for individual pieces. Shopping for furniture in person greatly reduces the number of pieces available to you, takes longer traveling and many pieces may not be in store. If being able to sit on your furniture is a necessity, let us know in the initial consultation and we will be sure to budget more time in our estimates to allow for in-person shopping.
