OUR APPROACH

Archambault Interiors creates a stress-free client experience through creative collaboration, thoughtful planning and precise execution.

1. THE CONSULTATION

First: We walk through your home and get an idea about the scope of work, the style you like and the way you live. We evaluate your space, gather ideas, create a Focus list for a jumping off point. We’ll send you a proposal outlining your project scope and detailing our design fees. 

Second: We inventory the items you wish to use in the design, so we have a library of products to choose from. We measure the space to make scaled plans and illustrations. A retainer for time is submitted to start the project at the beginning of our second consultation.

2. THE PRESENTATION

We present the concept through samples with mood boards and drawings. Our AutoCAD and Sketch Up drawings portray the best representation of the FF&E selected for the project in 2D and 3D examples. This is a bespoke process to procure a vision with the clients specific requirements for a well curated space that is functional and beautiful.

3. THE DESIGN

This is where inspiration turns tangible. From the presentation walkthrough, we source the proposed vision: floorings, countertops, tile, plumbing, lighting, furniture, accessories...etc. 

*We strive to find healthy materials. We prioritize natural regenerative products with reduced chemical usage. Quality is key. We want your products to last, to serve you well and to be worthy of passing down for generations to come.

4. THE SYSTEM

There are sometimes hundreds of items that need to be ordered and managed through the process. We use a software program to make the design service a clearer process for our clients. Our system allows you to see the status of items in production, pricing, links, maintain invoices, and provide feedback every step of the way. This keeps you fully in the loop with the product costs, items you’ve approved for ordering, and access to your project information at any time.

5. THE EXECUTION

With final design approved, we place orders and track progress, keeping you in the loop. Your selections are shipped, received by our warehouse, their condition check and put on hold for your home.

6. THE INSTALLATION + FINAL REVEAL

We coordinate a day, maybe a few, to partner with our logistics installers to place the furnishings, install the drapery + art, tweak the accessories and create a totally new and improved atmosphere. Your space is then revealed to you to enjoy. We offer a Site Visit to check in on your materials and ergonomic feedback after we’ve completed our final punch list and you’ve settled into your new space.
